Head of Compliance
As Head of Compliance at MAVERIX Securities AG, you will be responsible for all compliance matters in a non-account-holding securities firm, in particular for all regulatory issues relating to Swiss capital market legislation (FinSA, FinIA, FinMIA), stock exchange rules, FINMA circulars, KYC, AMLA, cross-border regulations and all compliance controls).
Qualifications and Skills
Degree in business administration or law
Further training in the areas of financial instruments, trading and the relevant regulations
Ability to understand complex transactions and business processes
Mother tongue German
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
Ability to solve problems independently and efficiently
Experience
At least 8 years of experience in compliance activities in the financial sector
Many years of experience with financial instruments, trading, stock exchanges and capital market transactions
Location
Zurich, with the possibility to work off-site from time to time. On-site presence is desirable due to the nature of the role.
